Processing & Shipping Times
• Standard Processing: Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be packed and prepped before it hits the mail.
• Weekend Orders: Orders placed Friday through Sunday will begin processing on the following business day (Monday).
• Please note: We are closed for all Holidays, and processing times may stretch slightly during busy holiday launch seasons!
Shipping Rates (US Only)
• Standard Shipping: Charged by weight of order.
• Express Shipping: Charged by weight of order. (For when you need your looks in a hurry!).
• Free Shipping: All orders over $300.00 ship free.
The Small Print (But Important Stuff!)
• Address Changes: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! Once an order is placed, our automated system prints the label immediately, and we are unable to make edits, combinations, or price adjustments.
• Carrier Delays: Once we hand your package over to the post office or UPS, the route and delivery speed are out of our hands. Coyote Creek Co. is not responsible for postal delays, weather interruptions, or lost/stolen packages. If your tracking says "Delivered" but you can't find it, please contact your local mail carrier or check with your neighbors first!
